We have just been made aware of an update for the pop to call you no longer need to open the extra URL from paccess
from the desktop application
- click setting
- click caller info popup
- add this to URL for caller info popup https://paccess.pattinson.co.uk/Customer?Query=%%CallerNumber%% it has to be exactly this otherwise, it wont work
- then click pop-up when incoming call is answered

you must make sure that Google Chrome is your default browser if it's not follow these instructions
- select the three dots at the top righthand side of chrome
- click settings
- click default browser
- if its already set it will show this
- if not sect set as default browser
