Just an update on your feedback it's been greatly appreciated, and many fixes have been done by the team at global4 and 8x8, who manage the system.
One very important thing that has come to light is that most desktop software is out of date. In order for these fixes to manifest them self you must use the latest version. This is a very simple thing to do please follow the instruction below.
first, check if you are using the latest version 8x8 Work Version: 8.2.5 (2) if you do there is no change to be made
if you do not follow this step, click help, then click check for the update. If you do not have this option, follow the next step
Close the 8x8 software then, locate it in the tray then, right-click and quit
