Steps to Troubleshoot Headset Issues
We've noticed some recent reports regarding issues with headsets. To assist you in resolving these issues quickly and efficiently, we've prepared a straightforward troubleshooting guide.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Ask a Colleague: Initially, see if a colleague can help you with the issue.
- Check Headset Charge: Ensure your headset is charged and switched on. The charge status is indicated by a light on the headset or its dock.
- Connection Check: If the headset is charged but still not working, check its connection to your PC.
- Outbound Sound Issues: If the problem is specific to outbound sound (e.g., customers can't hear you), try removing and reseating the headset adapters (Jabra, Bluetooth, etc.) on your PC.
