Troubleshooting Steps:
- Check the Print Queue: Access the printer from the control panel and double-click on your default printer (marked with a tick) to view the print queue.
- Stuck Prints: If prints are stuck in the queue and nothing is printing, proceed with the following steps:
- Restart the printer.
- Ensure the network cable is properly connected and flashing.
- Reinstalling the Printer: If the issue isn't related to stuck prints:
- Go to the control panel and select 'Add Printer'.
- Follow the on-screen workflow to reinstall the printer.
