Once a property is sale agreed you will have a new section on the offer tab that show progress
under this tab, you will see all the various touch points that we all know we need to keep track of when we are progressing with a sale, but currently, there is no natural way of seeing this for the branch, and I assume you keep off paccess records to help track this. 

You will now see the following. None of these are fixed, and you dont need to update them all to progress the sale to complete. It's a great way to keep track of the progression for your branch sale and for the buyer, seller and both parties solicitors.



Once you have updated the section, click Send notification. At the top of the progress tab, you can then send the updates to each party by SMS, email or both. You can only update solicitors by email, though.



All parties, including two or more vendors, will receive separate emails that include a link that they can check to see further progression.
