This is because you have the old click-to-call installed on your browser. If you would like to remove it and fix the issue, please follow the instructions below.
Click on the puzzle icon in Chrome at the top right. 
Click the dotts on the old click to call, and select remove
Click remove, then refresh the page so the correct 8x8 click to call works.
