To complete your Sage setup, you now need to add it to the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. Follow the simple steps below:

  1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.
  2. Tap the ➕ icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “Work or school account”.
  4. Then choose “Scan QR code”.
  5. Use your phone to scan the QR code shown on your Sage screen.
  6. Once added, a one-time passcode will appear.
  7. Enter this passcode into Sage HR to complete the setup.
