1. Before You Start

  • Make sure you have the company’s details (name, number, address).

  • Confirm you have access rights in PAccess.


2. Registering a New Company

  1. Go to People → Companies.

  2. Click Add new company.

  3. Use the search box:

    • Enter Company Number if known, or

    • Enter Company Name if not.

  4. Click Search and select the correct record.

  5. Fill in address and details.

  6. Click Create Company to finalise.


3. Running KYB (Know Your Business) Checks

  1. From the company profile, click KYB Checks.

  2. Select Run KYB Check.

  3. Use Company Summary to pull a live extract from the register.

  4. Confirm details and click Submit.

  5. Once results are ready, click Show to view.


4. Managing Companies

  • Manage → view or update company details.

  • Download → obtain KYB reports or company documents.


5. Linking Customers to a Company

  1. In the company profile, go to Associated Customers.

  2. Click Associate Customer.

  3. Search by name or email.

  4. Click Associate to link.

  5. Repeat as needed to add more customers.

  6. To remove a link, click Remove and confirm.


6. Viewing Company Details

  • Click Details to see the company profile and linked customers.

  • Check everything is correct after setup.


✅ You’ve now:

  • Registered a new company

  • Completed KYB compliance checks

  • Linked customers to that company
